These rules establish the legal framework and obligations of the parties involved in accessing and using our financial audit and compliance management services.
These conditions govern the use of the AuditFlow enterprise portal, including all its modules (Continuous Audit Platform, Operational Risk Assessment Module, IFRS Compliance Report Generator).
By accessing or using the platform, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accept the terms presented. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
"Platform" – the set of software applications, interfaces, and databases made available by AuditFlow.
"User" – any natural or legal person authorized to access the platform based on an account.
"Content" – financial data, reports, documents, information, and materials uploaded or generated through the platform.
"Services" – the functionalities offered by the platform, including transaction monitoring, risk assessment, and compliance report generation.
To use the platform, the user must create an account, providing accurate and complete information. Any changes to contact details must be communicated within 5 business days.
The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their password and for all activities carried out under their account. AuditFlow cannot be held liable for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
The user undertakes to use the platform exclusively for professional purposes related to financial audit and compliance, respecting applicable legislation.
Violation of these obligations may lead to immediate suspension of the account, without prior notice.
AuditFlow commits to maintaining the platform functional and secure but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned interruptions will be announced at least 48 hours in advance.
We reserve the right to modify the platform's functionalities, with 30 days prior notice if the changes significantly affect usage.
AuditFlow is not responsible for direct or indirect financial losses caused by errors in generated reports when these result from incorrect data provided by the user.
All intellectual property rights over the platform, including software, interfaces, documentation, and original content, belong to AuditFlow or its licensors.
The user receives a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the platform for the duration of the subscription. Copying, modifying, or redistributing the code or content without the written consent of AuditFlow is not permitted.
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy, available on the website. AuditFlow implements technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access.
The user is responsible for obtaining the necessary consent if they upload personal data of third parties to the platform.
To the extent permitted by law, AuditFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or business interruption.
The total liability of AuditFlow for any claim related to the use of the platform is limited to the value of the subscription paid in the last 12 months.
This limitation does not apply in cases of fraud, personal injury, or infringement of intellectual property rights.
These conditions are valid for the entire duration of the platform's use. The user may terminate use at any time by deleting their account.
AuditFlow may suspend or terminate the user's access in case of a serious breach of the terms, with 7 days prior notice, or immediately in case of illegal activity.
Upon termination, the user must cease using the platform and delete any copies of downloaded content, except those necessary for legal archiving.
AuditFlow reserves the right to modify these conditions. Any changes will be notified to users at least 30 days before their entry into force, by email or through the platform.
Continued use of the platform after the changes come into force constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
These conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be settled by the competent courts in Bucharest.
